Manafort bank fraud trial does have Trump campaign connection, Mueller's team says

(CNN)Prosecutors for special counsel Robert Mueller said in a court filing Friday that they intend to present evidence at the trial of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort that a banking executive allegedly helped Manafort obtain loans of more than $6 million while the banker sought a role in the Trump campaign.

Manafort faces trial on bank fraud charges in the Eastern District of Virginia beginning July 25. Until now, there had been no indication that his role in the Trump campaign would become part of the trial, and he had asked the judge to keep details about his ties to President Donald Trump out of the trial. Prosecutors say any alleged collusion with the Russian government won't come up at the trial. "The government intends to present evidence that although various Lender D employees identified serious issues with the defendant's loan application, the senior executive at Lender D interceded in the process and approved the loan," according to the filing.

But Manafort was not part of the campaign at the time of the loan...

Well, so far no RAT and RAT conspirators have paid for any crimes committed. NONE AT ALL. And they never will be. There is no justice in America for crimes against the people.

Now people like Jim Jordan are being grilled and the people who have actually committed crimes are behind ruining Jordan.

I have never been so disgusted and the fact that Sessions and Rosenweasel along with that scum Mueller are leading the Justice Dept makes me ill. They, and the FBI, will never be respected or trusted again. Yep, even the field agents will not get respect. They have been compromised.

This whole episode has ruined our country.

ROTFL. Muelly and his boys with man buns have to say something. The natives like Mad Maxi are getting restless. It could be their scalps on Maxi’s lodge pole.

Straws are illegal now, er, uh, wait, what? Never mind.

For all the millions of dollars and thousands of manhours that have been wasted on this bullshit, I surely hope Sessions, or somebody, is working behind the scenes building cases on the REAL corruption: Killary, nobama, state dept, fbi, et al.

“Give us a few more months to keep him in solitary and he’ll confess. And there’s always the thumbscrews.” It’s almost irrelevant what Manafort actually did at this point compared to the outrageous abuses committed on a daily basis by Mueller’s merry inquisitors.

“The unnamed man “expressed an interest in serving in the administration of President Trump, but did not secure such a position.””

Neither did I. Don’t see me running to the Feds.

It’s not a crime to express interest. It doesn’t appear the loans were in any way predicated on that position.

But that doesn’t even make sense. Mueller is deranged. He knows that we know he’s a fraud, and he’s being ridiculed, and he’s losing his marbles over it.

“Ahh, but the strawberries that’s... that’s where I had them. They laughed at me and made jokes but I proved beyond the shadow of a doubt and with... geometric logic... that a duplicate key to the wardroom icebox DID exist, and I’d have produced that key if they hadn’t of pulled the Caine out of action. I, I, I know now they were only trying to protect some fellow officers...”

This all they have? Not one thing proving collusion. The whole turd is to get Manafort to o lie about Trump. If he doesn’t the next move will be to go after Manafort’s family. These people are not going to stop. Not even after Trump leaves office.

Before he leaves he should pardon himself. I would say resign and let Pence pardon him but I don’t trust Pence.

And Congress should impeach Sessions and Rosenstein.

Bump!

Jeff Sessions is the plant GOPe placed in Trump campaign.
Jeff was unusually quick to join the Trump campaign, which
should have raised red flags since none of the other GOP elites joined for several months.

Sam Ervin called lie detectors "20th century witchcraft." Of course we are no longer in the 20th century.

Is the prosecutor allowed to ask jurors who they voted for in 2016? The pool may have very few Trump voters, but if any Trump voters can be summarily dismissed, that makes Mueller's case easier...and he can keep reminding the jurors of the Manafort-Trump connection.
