WASHINGTON — Charges have been dropped against the remaining defendants arrested in the wake of violent protests on Inauguration Day 2017.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia said in a statement Friday that they believe “evidence shows that a riot occurred on January 20, 2017, during which more than $100,000 in damage was caused,” and that 21 people have pleaded guilty for their actions that day, including one felony.

“In light of the results in the cases brought to trial, however, the U.S. Attorney’s Office has now moved to dismiss charges against the 39 remaining defendants in this matter,” the statement said.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office previously announced the dismissed charges for 38 remaining defendants, but a second motion to dismiss charges for the 39th defendant was filed later Friday.

Excellent job by Sessions and his staff.
He got intelligence gathering from the rioters and have already or will now go after the conspirators who organized it. They are among the sealed indictments.

>>That would be accelerating the decline. I’ll pass on their tactics. Not working for them....

It is working *for them*. They have time on their side as the last generation of free range kids enters middle age and then old age.

But, kicking the can down the road is the way we deal with problems in the middle class, isn’t it? After all, there is sports on TV and full shelves at the grocery store. No need to worry about the future, is there?

Here is that magic word we have all become very accustomed to—collusion. This has to be collusion between the judge and the District Attorney. Just run the clock out and wait till the people have forgotten about the crimes. A limosine was set on fire and a large store window was broken, there may have been other crimes as well but *justice* was done—Democrat justice was done. This is how the swamp operates—crooks and scoundrels!!!

I hope that each of them was kept in 23-hour per day solitary confinement until the final disposition of the charges....like Paul Manafort + the Bundy Bunch + the Oregon Rancher Crowd.

(Lavoy Finicum STILL can’t be reached for comment}

Oh, wait, these were from the LEFT. Different rules apply

The end of the 1950s and the 1960s Dragnet TV shows included the disposition of the case which included the sentences for the guilty and the prison name such as San Quentin. Then the clanging stamp of Mark VII in steel sounded like the seal of God on the guilty criminals’ fate, according to one critic. All cases were based on LA police files shared with Jack Webb and with names changed.

M Squad with Lee Marvin included the character Detective Lieutenant Frank Ballinger (correct spelling) stating outcomes such as “....was executed by lethal gas” or “now is in prison for life.”

Now, in 2018 people who committed crimes during the Inauguration of President Trump are being let go, slapped on the wrist, or are not guilty in jury trials.

What is the lesson malcontents today can derive from the lack of any punishment? Is it all like their 2-3 hours of daily video games? No real consequence for anything they feel in the mood to do to someone else?

Sessions - how does it feel to get up each morning and look at the face of a coward?

Disgusting.

Again, leftists get away with more than property destruction. They get away with political intimidation which led to so many people not to attend the inauguration because they knew these horrible leftists would be there.

This is why I will continue to support the campaign to Make America Great Again. We can no longer trust the government or the legal system.

That’s jurist as in “your honor!”

This never made it to court. 90% of cases never see a jury. Prosecutors and judges enforce the law at their pleasure. After careful consideration, all one can say is “no reasonable prosecutor.”

When I first heard that phrase, I took it at face value; now I realize it just meant that there aren’t any reasonable prosecutors left...

It’s not though. Look at the walk away thing.

Yeah, some thugs got off. When does that not happen?

I’m not going to assault someone based on their political beliefs. Not who I am.

Shouldn’t be who you are either.

;)

Lots of people like Obama like to tell us who we are all the time.

I think you may have been confused about what I was saying. I was not advocating STARTING the fight.

>>Our side needs to pick out a uniform color (black is already taken by Antifa and ISIS) and show up to rallies in uniform with masks and helmets. If the government can’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was YOU who hit that Prog in the head with a sign that was stapled to a 1.5 inch thick hickory pole, then you walk away free.

I was merely advocating being PREPARED for the fight in a way that gives us the same legal protections that the Antifa thugs currently enjoy. They understand the limitations of our legal system and abuse those limitations to attack us with impunity and, if we fight back, we are easily identified on cell phone and surveillance video.

I am advocating showing up ready for a fight and being adequately equipped to win the fight and then to get away with it.

So we’re going to dress like them, go where they go, and attack them when nobody’s looking?

Pass.

Did you just arrive in America? Remember the last two years? They go where WE go and attack us. They can do it in full view and get away with it. If we fight back, we are easily identified to the cops and on social media.

As I explained, I am not advocating sneaking up on them and attacking. I am advocating defense in a cultural and legal climate where asymmetrical response to violence is illegal.

You can pass because perhaps there are men who will defend this while you brag about your groups on paper.

That’s fine, if you want to work it that way that’s your option.

I’ve spent a few years here in California on the streets. Seen them, heard them, and I’m familiar.

Ever heard of the monument to Aztlan in Baldwin Park?

Yeah. That was us.

Both times. But we weren’t playing their game then, and I won’t participate in their madness.

Be careful.

Love you.

James Traficant, demoncratic congresscritter from Ohio 2002. I do understand the validity of your generalization, though.
