Texas does not consider throwing a drink at someone assault? Is it okay in TX for an adult to assault a minor? That is a big no no in most states.
I admit I don’t know anything about TX law but it can get serious in most states if an adult assaults a minor. With no injuries it would likely be simple assault but adult against minor would be a new ball game.
Just simple assault unless they're related and/or share a household or a firearm was produced.
