This is in NY. The charges will be dropped. She put police in danger and needs to go to jail.
I guarantee you she will get a high-paying job compliments of the dems, and be invited to the dem convention.
She's a naturalized citizen so deportation is out of the question unless she lied to obtain it (and even that is being litigated) but she committed the crime on a Federal monument so if she doesn't go to jail on state charges, prosecute on the Federal level. They CAN do that!
