Demcrats have most blacks safely ensconced on the democrat plantation.

They know they can count on about 90% of black voters to vote democrat so there is no need to do much
beyond keeping the blacks fed and watered and full of campaign promises.

Now they have turned their attention to getting the illegals on the plantation the same way.
