I suggest they #WalkAway, or quit politics now.
If they're already in Trump Country, they're probably going to lose their seats anyway. Their real choice is between admitting they're in a dying party, or choosing to go 'Obama Ackbar!' when they commit politicide.
Of course not. Call me naive, but these parasites need to be reminded that their job is to be public servants, not to service the public.
It is a beautiful strategic move by President Trump.
If you read his book on The Art of the Deal, he loves to put himself (in this case the USA) in which the alternatives are all positive.
That is what he has done in this case. Heads we win, Tails they lose.
Bingo!!
"Man ... must necessarily be subject to the laws of his Creator.. This will of his Maker is called the law of nature.... This law of nature...is of course superior to any other.... No human laws are of any validity, if contrary to this: and such of them as are valid derive all their force...from this original." - Sir William Blackstone (Eminent English Jurist)"Such among others are these principles: that we should live honestly, should hurt nobody, and should render to every one his due. . . ." - BlackstoneAccording to records, from the beginning, law students at the University of Virginia were required to study the writings of Blackstone.
Schadengasm....
The best part is that they are so public about opposing President Trump’s nominee before the next Justice is even named. That’s as biased and unprofessional as the push for impeachment with no specific charges.
Is it a bit too early to call the democratics the ‘stoopid party’?
Yes, very sad.
Their vote isn’t about what’s good for the country, it’s all about themselves
The Supremes could (actually, they have) declare abortion a constitutional issue. Can’t take their jurisdiction on the Constitution away from them, it’s in the Constitution. Lower federal courts, yes. Better to have a court that does not see it as a Constitutional right in the first place.
