38 North clarifies that work doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the country’s denuclearization plan

It's nice that they clarified. Their previous report had very little substance like dates. None of their claims documented that the Norks did anything after the Summit. Also 38 north said they could see no steam from the reactor although they said that could be difficult to see in summer.

There are a bunch of these links all suggesting the norks are playing with us during negotiations,looks real to me.
