Late night, wrong-way driver who crashes and flees on foot. Drunken illegal alien, without driver’s license or insurance. Happens all the time here in the DC metro area. Just lucky no one was killed. I guess we can hope that since the passenger in the wrong-way car was taken into custody, the police can determine the identity of the driver and bring him to justice. It will be interesting to see who it is.
