Are we all pretending to forget that this is a business, not an individual? They’re in the local phone book, they’re on the internet, they run ads in the weekly socialist free newspaper, they print their name and address and phone number on receipts. “Doxxing” in this case reveals the “doxxer” to be a foaming-at-the-mouth jerk, but it doesn’t change how “public” the business is.

The way around this problem is simple. People who vocally attack others in public need not just to be arrested for disturbing the peace, but given maximum jail time.
30 days or 90 days would do a lot to cool their jets. But judges have gotten into the bad habit, which encourages more of this nonsense, of just giving them a wrist slap before letting them go. Often to the point where police will no longer bother to arrest them.
It is like the “cracked window” in a neighborhood. It demeans the law through statutory neglect.
Imagine the amusement if some repeat offender radical got six months in jail.
