I just want a temporary job at the next restaurant that Schucks Chumer eats at - so I can spit in his food.

Hey Scmucky..what you say is absolutely IRRELEVANT..the Democrats are the MINORITY party I mind as well ask the local hobo what he thinks..if Hillary Clinton were President, she would have gotten her list from moveon.org and Planned Parenthood and the left would have been totally fine with that

"said senators should no longer accept general promises of fealty to precedent,"

Because precedent is the moral authority...

Tell Chuckles the Clown that we do not and will not divulge our strategy to the enemy - EVER.

They go through this every time. You can’t ask judges for a decision with no case in front of them. And you can’t hold them to a philosophy if you demand that they state one.

Schumer says the nominee must “share their personal views” on abortion in order to be confirmed......

LOLOL...he thinks they get to set the ‘conditions’.

Schumer says Trump pick must divulge thoughts on Roe v. Wade

Why? Supreme Court nominees don't divulge where they stand on individual issues, because there may be cases brought before The Court on those issues, and then those with integrity would be forced to recuse themselves.

sChmukie Schumer isn't going to vote for them anyway, so I hope they tell him to go to hell.

Wrong, Schmuckey! It is entirely inappropriate for a judicial nominee to be asked or answer a question about their opinion on court case they were not involved in.

Keep the questioning to Constitutional, legal and judicial principles.

Trump's pick must divulge his thoughts on the authority of the executive branch to expel illegal aliens.

The public may then evaluate senators on their confirmation vote in light of this issue.

It is up to all of us to keep the immigration issue front and center. Let Roe vs Wade fall with a whimper, not even being allowed center stage at the time of its demise.

The left threw all its eggs in the population replacement basket, and now there are no Abortinators left who are do not also have open borders advocacy records.

I wonder how old Chuck was when he was first told to “pound sand”? 4? 5? It should be his nick name.

No they don’t.

The ONLY proper answer for ALL questions of the SCOTUS nominee is “I can only evaluate cases before me and how the USC applies to them. I will not address a theoretical case.”

PERIOD.

I hope that’s all they talk about and then when confirmed, soot down anchor babies.

Chuckie forgets he's the minority leader and doesn't dictate senate rules

He commands a pretty substantial majority to defend baby killing, though.

It's hard to figure out, because the Democrats (49) only need one or two Republicans to kill any nominee.

I'm sure Schumer has a list of ten or more Republicans who would be willing to be vote #50 (or #51 if McCain can be dragged in), but as soon as he's got the votes, he can release the others so the final vote is 50-49 against (or 51-50 against, if needed).

This Senate will NEVER confirm a Supreme Court Associate Justice who will not SWEAR to uphold Roe v. Wade. That's reality.

It's also why I favor nominating Amy Barrett, because the vicious Borking she will surely receive (and her subsequent rejection) will do more to win Senate seats in November than anything else could possibly do.

But this Senate will not be confirming anyone who does not promise to uphold the "right" to kill your baby.
