Coasting to victory on promises to reign in rampant corruption, Mexican president-elect Andrés Manuel López Obrador has sent shock waves through the Americas. Few realize that his election is likely to increase the number of low-income, low-skill illegal aliens coming to the United States.

The court in CA did not give Trump further time to execute the reunion of IA kids/and IA parents. Not sure how he can play this...can he simply release the kids and deport or detain the parents?

The policy of every Mexican President for decades has been to encourage mass migration of their surplus population into the US, and convincing US politicians to play along. Mexico doesn't have the economy or infrastructure to support its population, which means that it has a large underclass of indigents. The only solution Mexico's elite know of is dumping those indigents and criminals on us, so that they'll be our problem rather than Mexico's.

On this count, Obrador will be no different from Pena-Nieto, Calderon, Fox, Zedillo, Salinas...etc. He'll just be louder about it.

The laws have to be strengthened to allow rejecting asylum claimants who have passed through another country on the way here. Someone from Guatemala who passes thorough Mexico and then seeks asylum at our border must be rejected outright and denied entry. This is what Canada our great liberal neighbor to the north does.

Additionally, anyone does not cross at an official point of entry should be immediately dumped back across the border. No custody. No forms. No ankle bracelets. No bus tickets to Dallas. Just dumped back into Mexico.

For the life of me I can't figure out why Congress has refused to act on this ever. It just brings our laws in line with the rest of the world.

Congress refuses to act because they do not want to give up on their 30 year bipartisan policy of non-enforcement with the goal of stealing the country from the citizens using fraudulently documented foreigners.
They still want that last amnesty to complete the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA).
They do not want US to send home the 30 million people they invited here against the will of the citizens.

I agree with everything you posted above this line. As far as I'm concerned Congress is constructed largely of traitors. In both parties. If they fail to act in the best interest of the country, but act to advance some goal contrary to the best interests of their country they are traitors. Democrats seek to increase their power through hoardes of illegals and Republicans are doing the dirty work of their puppet masters in the US Chamber of Commerce and other big money interests.

The people do not want this mess at the border.
The people are opposed to illegal immigration.
The people are opposed to granting amnesty to illegals.
The people want a wall.
We DEMAND a wall.

Yet in every instance Congress works against the will of the people. The are traitors.

Lily-White Mexican politicians, like Obrador, want to make Mexico “Mestizo Frei” by sending them all to the US.

We need to cut off all benefits including free education. We need to go after people who hire them.

You should only be able to request asylum at an embassy or consulate - never at the border.

State that provide any kind of benefit to these felons should have all funding cut.

That will end most illegal border crossings.

However we still need a wall (not a fence) due to all of the criminal activity at the border now.
