Sorry, but I can't buy into the theory that he was the mastermind behind a cover-up of Vince Foster's death. Maybe he was a useful tool. But people much higher up the food chain then he (at the time) called the shots.
Foster and Hillary had an affair. One of the places they met was the Red Apple inn in Heber Springs AR. My folks had a condo nearby and it was well known that both Hillary and Bill used the place for their affairs.
