While that sounds great, how would he be confirmed if he did admit to lying to intimidate the eyewitness who saw the murderers in the AK car at the park that day? What would be in it for Kavenaugh to come clean and turn in the Clintons, if at that point (accessory to murder? Justice interference?) no one would confirm him to the highest court?
