Going to any other mostly black country would be a big mistake. Within a fairly short period of time they would face the same problem. Whites as a group would be more successful than the native blacks giving rise to envy, followed by demonization and the desire to bring them down among the blacks.
As someone else pointed out, Botswana and Zambia seem to be doing ok, but nobody ever talks about them.
