We could have two or maybe even three more departures from the Court on his watch. Thomas and Ginsburg are the obvious. Byers is possible. Maybe even Sotomayor.

But then if they don’t vacate on Trump’s watch, they will surely vacate on the next President’s watch.

With luck, we’ll pick up a net of 3 or 4 (or more) seats in November, and rbg will stop her demonic possession of a human body in January, returning to Hell, and President Trump can nominate ACB in February, with her confirmation in March.
