Do they have the right to demand tons of paperwork? Which could delay things?

On the other hand, could they say they will vote no because of not getting documents? But they will.vote no anyway.

It’s not like they want these documents to help make an informed decision.

I think McConnell can set time for debate and schedule a vote. He will allow a long debate as he said the vote would be in Th Fall - sounds like early October

Maybe they can get the FBI to go through the paperwork as fast as they went through Hillary's 650,000 emails.

I believe the Senate submits written questions to the nominee first and then they will interview/interrogate him..
