His home isn’t listed. Our greatest asset is our home. Hubby is same age, our income has went to paying it off. Also we don’t deduct our donations.

Something doesn't seem right to me. He's making a $220K salary and so should have more to show for it than $15k in his 401(k) and less than $50k in savings.

I'm roughly the same age as him and I'm also married with two children. I would be very nervous if I only had $15K in my retirement account. It's in fact very close to seven figures and I worry sometimes that even that is not going to be enough.

But, I think he'll be fine. There's a lot of perks to being a Supreme Court justice than just salary.

Maybe he paid off student loans or is sending his kids to private schools.

I think he'll be ok. He could serve on the bench for 20 years, retire, write his memoirs, teach.....etc.

Probably everything in Trust for wife and kids...but still not rich....just thinking ahead.
