New reports suggest that Harvard and Yale are ignoring Federal guidelines against the use of race in university admissions.
A report from Fox News claims that some Ivy League universities are doubling down on their affirmative action policies after receiving a Dear Colleague letter from Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos that requested they stop using race in university admissions. The continued use of race in university admissions practices put their federal funding at risk.
Its racial discrimination and its a quota. The quota today is against Asians, much like the quota back in the 1920s and 30s was against Jews, Edward Blum, president of Students for Fair Admissions, said in a Fox News interview with Tucker Carlson. You cannot remedy past discrimination with new discrimination, and thats what colleges are doing.
Both Harvard and Yale claim that they are simply exercising a right that was set out by the Supreme Court. Several Supreme Court cases have concluded that universities are free to use race as a factor in admissions processes as long as they dont establish racial quotas.
Harvard will continue to vigorously defend its right, and that of all colleges and universities, to consider race as one factor among many in college admissions, which has been upheld by the Supreme Court for more than 40 years, Harvard spokesperson Rachael Dane said in a comment.
Recently, it was discovered that Harvard University was giving low personal ratings to asian applicants recruiters had never met or spoken to.
Breitbart News has been covering the case against Harvard Universitys unusual admission practices against Asian-Americans. The Students for Fair Admissions allege that Harvard is engaging in unlawful discrimination against Asian-Americans in their admissions practices.

Libs don’t follow the law. Why do we have to?
The Supreme Court made them racists...
Cut any funds they get from the fed.
ELIMINATE THEIR TAX EXEMPT STATUS AND SEE HOW THE JUMP!!!
Premier law schools indeed.
Being Asian, to the disgust of SJWs, typically correlates to intelligence / hard work / earned success and those things don’t fit into the Whites Are Holding Every Other Group Down narrative.
For that reason, Asians are put behind the bus with Whites and told to push the bus up the hill with other groups inside the bus enjoying the fruits of Asian and White labor.
All of that is systemic.
Oh so right.
I disagree with Federal Income Tax for things I don’t prefer like illegal aliens’ support. Thus, I do not agree to pay taxes, like sanctuary cities and affirmative action colleges don’t agree with laws they don’t like.
Now it’s fair.
I feel better now.
Devaluing their own product.
The Asians and others that are academically gifted will matriculate elsewhere.
Harvard and Yale will become basketball and football powerhouses,
with great marching bands.
I’m defying Federal guidelines too - by refusing to hire Harvard and Yale graduates.
Poetic justice would be that both Harvard and Yale being forced to play Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
Asians already go to U.C. Berkeley because they are discriminated against at the Ivy League schools.
UC Berkeley, which is almost as competitive as Harvard, is required by state law to be color blind in admissions. The result is that over 25% of students are Asian, with a very small percentage black or hispanic. Truly a disaster for the diversity pimps.
withhold federal funding and research funds.
Goodby student loans to Harvard and Yale. Education will be better if such happens.
And that is their decision. But it is no longer the government’s.
“The continued use of race in university admissions practices put their federal funding at risk.”
Harvard (and presumably Yale too) has a trust so huge they could never charge tuition and wouldn’t need to touch the principal. Cut them off.
