I dont need to hear his views on Chevron and the administrative state. Sorry Mark; for me, this and this alone is reason to put the man on the Supreme Court. The other issues are important, yes. But for the continuation of the Republic, getting the Federal Leviathan back under control is existential.

It is for Levin, too. That quote is wildly out of context. Levin's point was we already know about Chevron and other regulatory matters because K's written a lot of opinions and the DC Court handles many such cases. We also know about his "assault" weapons position. But there's a lot that we don't know, and towards what we don't know is where the intelligent questions should go.
