Then none is how that will work
If God wanted us to support unlimited children we would have unlimited resources. If God wanted only the number of children born to be the number we could support He would have caused mankind to obey Him. He did neither of these things and sin exists in the world. We have to work with the world we have, not the world we wish it to be.
