To be perfectly consistent, the liberals would have to say that the Constitution doesn’t guarantee a right to life. That, I think, is where they’re already coming from, although they don’t dare say it.
They should come out and say it.
They’re the ones imposing litmus tests on judges and the law not us.
We conservatives don’t see the courts as another political battleground.
