It just seems in the past it was always Border patrol in a headline. Could be me looking for journalistic subliminal messages.

I've actually been pulled over a couple of times by these folks while driving near the Canadian border. Apparently they don't need probable cause. I told my wife "La Migra searched my car today".

Apparently they don't need probable cause.

They only need 'Reasonable Suspicion' to pull you over. They need 'Probable Cause' to arrest you.
