Seriously, they were pulling this crap with day care workers and the parents of a special needs kids etc in Michigan and the Governor and Legislature brought it too a stop. Thank G-d, and good you for you for support this move Joan!

Thank you taildragger. I had no idea how prevalent this was. Thank God the good people of Michigan put a stop to their part. Used to live in MI (just outside St. Joe) BTW.
