I was wondering if German is one of the five or six languages Melania speaks. They appeared to be carrying on a normal conversation.
She speaks Serbian, French, English and German fluently as well as Slovene.
In the video of the conferrees at table palavering with one another, seated just beyond Trump on his right sat former Texas U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison; IMHO a linguini spine. WHAT is SHE doing there?

Well, shut my mouth. Far be it from me to second guess the POTUS. Maybe working for him will result in her finding some backbone, and some grit to go with it.
How did a former (well, maybe...) Communist politician from the DDR become chancellor of the unified Germany?
She is so gracious, charming, and beautiful. I do wonder how she walks in those spike heels, though... and still keeps smiling!

She’s gorgeous and that dress is beautiful but it doesn’t flatter her. But it’s impossible for her not to look all out glamorous, no matter what she’s wearing.

If she speaks Serbian, I know it is her native language, then she can get by in Russian, I know I do.
