One possibility is the Vietnamese handed a copy to someone in the Trump camp or someone who brought it to the Trump camp, and McCain knew he was caught so he got ‘cancer’ and proceeded to die his way to an escape.
He would not be messing with Trump the way he is if that were the case. Trump would let fly.
