Since Huma was loading them onto her/Weiner's laptop computer via her Yahoo account, ostensibly to print them, I've long imagined they were easily off-loaded via that same Yahoo account (which allows multiple stations (potentially world-wide) to actively and simultaneously work with the same email account) by someone in the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and/or elsewhere.
This article suggests not only a method for off-loading an unsecure email account, but that (all but four of) these emails were actively sent.
I guess no one should be surprised. Huma and her mother probably just didn't want to let it happen that any emails would get missed by forcing too many complicated steps onto the MB off-loader(s).
