China is currently running the largest trade surplus, with America, that ANY NATION HAS EVER RUN WITH ANOTHER.

Last year was a new all-time record. And this year, is even higher.

In April of this year, Xi offered to address this by lowering tariffs on autos, reworking IP rules, and increasing their yearly spend with us by about $70 billion.

Now, I don't have an issue debating with you or others, the merits of the offer. But, I do have an issue with you and other people on this site acting like no offers were ever made.
