The officers are members of the GRU, and are all named as having allegedly hacked the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Democratic National Committee, and the Hillary Clinton campaign.
The GRU is the “Main Intelligence Directorate, abbreviated GRU, is the foreign military intelligence agency of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.”
This is made to stop President Trump from meeting Putin.
