So Obama took credit for killing Bin Laden. I gets he gets points off for Crimea. I like it. Truth hurts indeed, especially when you’re using your opponent’s own logic.
He is precisely accurate, but not because Russia would fear Trump more than Obama.
That’s true, but Ukraine is in the core, existential interest of Russia to remain part of their sphere of influence.
If Trump had decided to sponsor a coup in Ukraine, as Obama did, Russia would have invaded then too.
Russia was outside existing International Law with this act.
But perfectly within their rights.
I hold no animus against them for it and question the motives of those who do.
