Mueller Indicts 12 Russian Officers for Hacking Dems in 2016

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announced on Friday that 12 Russian intelligence officers was indicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller in the ongoing Trump-Russia investigation. The officers are members of the GRU, and are all named as having allegedly hacked the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Democratic National Committee, and the Hillary Clinton campaign. CNN reported that prosecutors from Mueller's office and the Justice Department's National Security Division gave a grand jury indictment to a D.C. federal magistrate judge on Thursday morning. The indictment comes just one day before President Trump is set to meet Russian president Vladimir Putin in Helsinki for their first one-on-one meeting

You can't use radar without revealing your own position. This entire play acting out on the world stage is demonstrating that the entire foundation is political.

The deep state/coup plotters must provide red meat for their base - such as these indictments - but in so doing reveal their own position (and weaknesses). This isn't a legal process, this is a media battle to effect the outcome in November.

On the surface, it seems crazy that RR/Mule are so transparent, but OTOH they must continue to commit to their plan. They lose in November, and the counter insurgency begins with those two as primary targets.

If you read through this. What the Russians did was ‘easily’ (my word for it) hack into the DNC server. They read all their emails (probably even made copies), and then inserted some type of malicious code emails into the system. They probably put an attachment email that would open up onfriends-of-Democrats, and simply spread the net out. Pretty smart, if you think about it.

But you need not worry....unless some store classified on the network or ‘friends-of-Democrats’ servers....everything is fine.

But this ought to make you wonder....all this strategy talk on how to beat Trump....where did it go after the Russians got it?

What the ultimate goal was? I suspect they felt Hillary would win, and they’d have this insider seat to the whole DNC strategy for eight years, and maybe Hillary would open up another bathroom server to help them even further, as President.

I’m not buying any of this. No way anyone could track a hack back to 12 individuals without the full cooperation of Russia, and that is given a very generous assumption the hack even occurred.

AGREE Highly unlikely they have any names and doubtful the Russkies did much or any of what the indictments mention. My take is any Russian hacking didn't amount to anything.

Excuse Me! We’ve just spent 10s to 100s of millions of dollars to find out something that everyone who watched “The Americans” already knew.

The Russian military spies on the U.S. no s**t Sherlock. And what’s going to come of it? They’re going to keep spying on us, and we are going to keep spying on them. And our pencil neck lawyers think their indictments mean anything (they can cover their asses with them...see, we did something, we didn’t just steal our bloated paychecks the last two years).

The Russians are going to laugh their butts off. Putin’s probably rolling on the floor. These people are dumb-asses trying to steal the taxpayers money.

“And the point is???”

To give the media some talking points to try and poison anything positive that might come out of a Trump-Putin meeting. The left can’t afford another North Korea situation.

NO votes or vote counts changed. NO Americans involved. NO Americans knew they were in touch with Russian hackers. BIG win for Trump today.

I agree. At first, I was angry that he chose to do this while Trump is in Europe, and going to meet with Putin shortly. But then, he stated that he had apprised President Trump of this announcement LAST WEEK. Of course Rosenstein had to get in his digs at Republican Congressmen, for embarrassing him in public hearings last week, but other than THAT, yay Trump! I especially thought it was hilarious that the MSM’s third string, were the only ones on hand to ask questions, since their “A” team, is in Europe, covering Trump. Now, they’re going to have to approach Trump, with egg all over their face, since Rosenstein stated that NO Americans were implicated in the Russian efforts.

EXACTLY— As Dan Bongino highlighted many times— where’s the evidence of the FBI analyzing the DNC servers? Nowhere... because they wouldn’t grant access. Total BS story.

The real question is, How are the swamp creatures coordinating off the record now? Personal cell phones? TRAC Phones? Smoke signals? Who will watch the watchers?

If the FBI has had no access to DNC computers/systems, how can they have evidence to indict?

This is absolutely correct.

And the lawyers on Mueller’s team just got rich on billable hours telling us, essentially, something we all knew anyway. Lawyers will always be Lawyers$$$

So here’s the REAL question: Assuming that these indictments are based on actual and valid evidence, did the Trump campaign have ANYTHING at all to do with initiating or furthering such interference? If the answer is “no,” and the Trump campaign may, at best, have incidentally benefited from such action, then Mueller needs to close up shop. There no there, there.

FYI, for all those (most especially the liberal/Leftists friends and family of anyone reading this) who haven’t thought about the motivations for the Russians to interfere, consider these facts:

1) Russia, and before it the USSR, has always seen it as a benefit to itself to sow confusion and discord into Western democracies. The less confident the people of Western nations are in their governments, or in the very FORM of their governments, the less effective will be any Western response to Soviet/Russian military build-ups and aggressive foreign policy actions. I, personally, believe that this is the very reason for their interference - though I can surely be wrong (and then there is the possibility that they never actually interfered).

2) Separate and apart from #1, above, Dems, media folks, liberals and other assorted Leftist scumbags should be challenged with the following scenario:

“Make believe that you are Vladimir Putin in 2016. You are highly intelligent, you were a highly trained KGB officer who was rapidly rising through the ranks before the Soviet Union collapsed (and, therefore, know better than all but perhaps a few dozen people on the entire planet WHY it collapsed), you have all of the intelligence resources of Russia at your fingertips, and you so love your nation and the idea of a Russian/Soviet empire that you believe that the greatest geopolitical tragedy of the 20th Century was the collapse and dissolution of the USSR. Also, your nation’s economy is about the same size as that of New York State, and your nation earns 2/3 of its foreign currency from the sale of oil and natural gas.

Now, in view of these facts, you have before you 2 candidates for the American Presidency, and have to decide which of them you prefer to be elected as the American President - whether or not you are planning to use your intelligence assets to interfere with their election. Candidate One is campaigning on a platform that is calling for massive increases in American energy production and a very large military build-up, eerily (from your perspective) reminiscent of exactly what Ronald Reagan did in the 1980s that put extreme pressure on the Soviet economy, and was a primary factor in the Soviet Union’s collapse. Candidate Two is campaigning on a platform that makes little or no mention of a military build-up, and this candidate has historically been hostile to a large and robust American military. Further, this candidate also wishes to continue the Obama policies of strictly regulating and restricting the exploration for, and production of, fossil fuels within American territory. Finally, Candidate Two was closely involved in a (controversial, in the US) series of transactions that led to the sale of 20% of US uranium reserves to your nation and, simultaneously, “contributions” of approximately $145 million to a private foundation controlled by Candidate Two or that candidate’s family and close associates - and you have DETAILED intelligence files on the entire series of transactions, that could be used at any time to exert leverage over Candidate Two, if that candidate would win the election.

So here is your question: Which of these 2 candidates would you, as the leader of Russia, prefer to see win the American election?”
_____________________________
NO ONE in the media - not even the people on OUR side, is discussing this. I simply cannot understand why these facts aren’t laid out to the public, regularly until they register, as a means of conclusively demonstrating that there could not possibly have been any “collusion” between the Trump 2016 campaign and the Russian government. This set of facts, alone, should shut down the Mueller investigation/witch hunt.

He does not expect them to show up.
Look at the trouble he is having with the one company that did.
He is delaying that case so much it is irritating the judge because he does not want to have show what he has for evidence.

He’s got evidence?
