Ok ... a little. Once you’re airborne, ATC doesn’t make distinctions. OTOH, the experience of arriving at the airport and proceeding to the aircraft, getting on board, and getting the bird sealed up are night & day different.
TBH, there are a few pilots that fly as if that were true.
