GOP Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) on Friday said that if President Trump isn't prepared to hold Russian President Vladimir Putin "accountable" for aggression toward the U.S. then he should cancel their meeting next week.
"President Trump must be willing to confront Putin from a position of strength and demonstrate that there will be a serious price to pay for his ongoing aggression towards the United States and democracies around the world. If President Trump is not prepared to hold Putin accountable, the summit in Helsinki should not move forward," McCain said in a statement.

Eisenhower and Khruschev were to meet for a summit on May 16, 1960. The Globalists weren’t prepared for this meeting and decided to keep it from happening. Maybe they couldn’t control the outcome.
Anyway, according to Prouty, the U2 incident was planned and the spy plane was setup to be taken down by the CIA. The plane had no camera (the only real ‘above top secret’ equipment on the plane) and the pilot, Gary Powers, had all his ids on him, passport, drivers license, etc. This created an international crisis and the talks were called off.
Look for another ‘incident’ to take place before these talks, as a way to keep them from happening, or to delay them to a time when they can be better controlled.
