I’ve dealt on a periodic basis with the local FBI Office as a Building Trade Contractor. Their personal, from Secretary to Agent, suffer from huge cases of Arrogance. I always dreaded dealing with the Bureau.
On the other hand I found the local Secret Service personal to be security conscious but friendly after a visit or two. I’d meet them occasionally on the street and they’d engage me in friendly chit chat. Night and day vrs. the FBI.
Oh and Strozk’s demeanor doesn’t surprise me. It an institutional culture thing as far as I can tell...He’s an azzhole like the rest of the Bureau.
