IPR belongs to everybody China declares. That explains why Chinese slave products are poor quality. That a Harley can be the original loud metal motorcycle, or it can be made of cardboard or a plastic cutout.

Nobody owns names. Nobody owns designs.

All products are the same lousy quality.

Or like that sweet Clinton fellow.

When the company I was working for protested that China was stealing our designs the US government kindly told us to shut up and invent new stuff so the Chinese could steal that as well.

In other words you want to steal intellectual property with impunity.

“the good of all mankind”? Do you give away the things you produce for free? No, you don’t. You expect money in return for your products. Same deal here.
