Former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz defended President Trump and went after the special counsel Robert Mueller after the Department Of Justice announced the indictments of 12 Russians in an interview on Fox News’ “The Story With Martha MacCallum” Friday night.
“Well, you know it proves — this indictment proves that we never needed a special counsel,” Dershowitz said, when asked about what the indictments mean for the special counsel.
“This indictment could have been brought by ordinary prosecutors, ordinary FBI agents. There’s no conflict here. It’s Russians they are going after. There is no president; There’s no people around the president,” he added.
Dershowitz continued, “There’s no conflict between the attorney general, the deputy attorney general and Americans — It’s all Russians. Why do we need to spend 20, 30, 40 million dollars, have special counsel appointed to do a routine national security investigation?”
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announced twelve indictments for Russian citizens for hacking the Democratic National Committee, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and Hillary Clinton campaign officials.

Yes, there is no need for a special counsel for this to indict the ham sandwiches or Russian intelligence operators in Muh Russia. Nothing but a political stunt to give breath to the idiotic meme Trump colluded, and cover for the Deep State, DNC, and Hellary.

If Mueller screws Trump it’ll be from flipping Trumps layer Cohen. As a New York businessman, I can almost guarantee palms were greased, and laws were broken in order to do business in that environment. This is what has me worried the most.
The Russians should send a lawyer to court seeing if he could force discovery from Moowler for poops and grins.

I’m not sure how, but this is going to backfire on Mueller somehow. Maybe one or two of the named individuals will be outed as US assets after they flee to some EU country. Something like that.

To add on, it doesn’t take very much of an excuse, no matter how idiotic, from the deep state to give the liberal media cover to run away from issues they don’t like that counters their memes like Strzok’s congressional testimony that was a disaster from their point of view.
This relic of the obama mindset is proving America needed change by wasting exorbitant amounts of time, money, effort, and attention, simply so he can take an enormous ego trop at taxpayer expense.

Mueller only exists to provide whatever cover the Dems want any time they want. They are a propaganda outfit.
They are not investigating. For example, they didn’t analyze any legit DNC server. They took Crowdstrike’s analysis, so, just like the FISA warrant, it’s all a fraud.
