Un-named Moscow Mystery Miscreants indicted for secret crimes known only (or to be determined at some later date) by the F B I !!!! Sounds like a slam-dunkey to me. Maybe RR is refusing to name them (like they really exist, really) because they might just show up with counsel and demand some specifics of their "crime".

Seemingly overlooked by most, Rosenstein said the indictment will now be passed-off (code word for “buried”) to the DOJ National Security Division. Yes, that’s right, the same DOJ-NSD who were soup-to-nuts involved in the unlawful use of FISA-702 database searches. How entirely convenient….

DOJ-NSD has been fighting desperately to avoid oversight. In 2015 Sally Yates wrote a 58 page "opinion" lying about the IG Act. Just as Obama was leaving office, congress passed the Inspector General Empowerment Act, but the so-called "dept of justice" continues to find excuses to cover up corruption.
