Closely read, that means the Cowboy Ribeye is reimbursable, since, although it includes red meat, it contains neither poultry nor pork, yet the company prohibition requires all three be present to fail reimbursability. Actually, a quick scan of Ruth's Chris's dinner menu turns up no selection which includes the required three, namely red meat, poultry, and pork.
I see the milliennial-looking author is a graduate of the Columbia School of Journalism. Apparently, they don't teach close reading (or precise writing) there anymore.
