Carper is rock solid in Delaware. She has zero chance. There is also a significant African American population in the larger cities. I don’t think they’re all that crazy about supporting a candidate whose main achievement is supporting LGBT issues. The only chance she has is if traditional democrats don’t show u to vote in the primary. Carper could run as an independent and still win.
