I snapped a few shots of my little area of the museum. It's my Happy Place because I enjoy the work so much. Hey, I get up at 8 a.m. every Sat. to go up there and that's not something I normally will do. That's normally prime sleep time. LOL

This is where the cleaning up is done. That big black crate is what the uniforms were packed in when they were brought up from Tupelo. When I started this, they were piled up almost 3 feet above the top edge of the crate.

I'm so close to seeing the bottom of it at last. It's been a while since they've unpacked other crates with a few uniforms in them that they've put into the one I work out of. But when this one's finally empty, there are at least four more crates like that in the shop building. EEK!

Once the uniforms are cleaned up, they're bagged and hung on that rack in the background. When that gets full, I carry them upstairs where they wait for their turn to be put on display.

You have a very efficient work station going on there! Just think...our heroes WORE those uniforms. Sort of puts it in perspective, huh.
