California, Texas, New York, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia.
They project NC pulling ahead of GA in population. GA is currently larger due to the Atlanta boom, rest of state not quite as booming other than maybe some coastal due to retirees. NC has four areas pretty much a boom particularly RTP Raleigh/Durham and Asheville. Charlotte and coastal Wilmington doing pretty well too. Rest of state stable if urban/suburban, declining if purely rural.
