The journalist from US political publication The Nation disrupted the meeting holding a banner that read 'Nuclear Weapons Ban Treaty'
A journalist has been dragged out of the Trump-Putin press conference by Secret Service agents after protesting over America's use of nuclear weapons.
Political journalist and activist Sam Husseini got into a scuffle with security forces in Helskini, Finland, as Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump addressed journalists.
Husseini, who writes for The Nation, held up a sign saying 'Nuclear Weapons Ban Treaty' as he disrupted the conference just before the two leaders were set to take questions from the press.
Security officials had reportedly asked Husseini to leave the room earlier, and at that point he left peacefully.
However, he then suddenly returned carrying a hand-written sign - which Russian authorities reportedly called a "malicious item."

You, and Red Badger are telling me atomic bombs which are nuclear fission bombs are not nuclear. I don’t think anything that operates with nuclear fission isn’t nuclear. Perhaps you can address that.
The nuclear device requires at least an atomic device to detonate, whereas an atomic device doesn’t require either an atomic nor nuclear device to detonate.
Yields are also different by several orders of magnitude for the critical mass utilized.

I looked it up before my original post to prevent just such discussion as we are engaged. I have no problem with my post as I’m confirmed by what I read on line about atomic, and nuclear so I will sleep tonight in spite of it all.

Then (now) the editor is Katrina Van den Heuvel, a hardcore leftist who is, surprise, married to well known Soviet apologist (Prof. )Steven Cohen, formerly of Princeton and NYU (and now a darling of Tucker Carlson on his show - i.e. tonight). Tucker has no idea who this man really is. I hope someone can warn him that he is being used by the Soviet/Russian “disinformation” program.

There are two types of “nuclear” bombs. The first is a fission weapon. The original “atomic” bombs were of this design. The work by splitting uranium atoms.
The later type is a “fusion” bomb. They work by forcing atomic particles together. They are orders of magnitude more powerful.
