It is one of those questions I encounter when I talk to diplomats from foreign countries. A lot of people threaten and bluster, but everybody knows only one country did it.
Just like a lot of countries threaten and bluster at other countries, but only one country actually does the kind of things we do.

He can now signal his virtue by prostesting the US use of nuclear weapons.
He had to wait 73 years to keep one of the GI's who got to come home, marry and raise a family because the US used the atom bomb from kicking his ass.
