Senate Republicans are on pace to break the record for the most appellate court judges confirmed during the presidents first two years.
Majority leader Mitch McConnell has Senate votes planned for two circuit court nominations this week.
Theres Andrew Oldham for the 5th Circuit and Ryan Bounds for the 9th Circuit.
Like I said, not a fan of Mitch, but he has gotten more judges confirmed, than anyone else at this time.
Agreed. I don’t understand why District Court judges have such slow rates of confirmations.
