What's so special about that big flat screen? As opposed to, say, a door handle or a push-plate or a staircase hand-rail?

A simple anti-septic automated wipe-down after each usage is the answer. Very simple to design and implement

So you have NEVER used a card swipe machine at a grocery store and pressed "YES" to confirm your purchase?

That’s a good point, but we touch ATMs, too. Guess it’s not a bad idea to remember the hand sanitizer.

My mom's old-people phone came with a little padded stylus to help her push the buttons on the screen. It's probably not hard to find those...maybe they will work on other touch screens. I think I'll find one to carry on my purse. I like Sheetz when I'm traveling and their touch screen order service is very efficient...and the sandwiches are good.

Well I was gonna be snarky and say “goodbye to rude cashiers”, but the truth is, the last 3 or 4 times I’ve gone (and I rarely go), all the cashiers have been very nice, competent and accommodating.....now I only go for breakfast, so maybe the “B” team comes in for lunch...

Yet, everytime a foodworker takes your payment and then hands you the order has touched hundreds of ick throughout the day.

Everytime you touch the handle of a grocery cart is the same. Then you put your fresh produce right were a poopy diapered kid just sat.

Then there’s your butt on a public toilet seat and getting in an out of a public restroom without any ickies on you or your clothing is impossible.

Borrow Hellary’s bleach cloth to wipe the kiosk screen clean.
