Just weeks after the UK’s i News published James Comey’s call for more gun control in America, the former FBI director is using Twitter to urge Americans to vote Democrat in November.
On July 1, 2018, Breitbart News reported excepts from Comey’s i News interview, in which he claimed the NRA tells “lies” and called for limitations on the types of guns Americans can purchase, as well as limits magazine capacity for those guns.
Comey said, “There’s no slippery slope in America when it comes to guns. It’s a concrete staircase, which is our constitution…. We just have to decide should we go up a stair or down a stair.”

Its completely inexplicable how this perfectly neutral, honorable, righteous public servant and L.E.O., just oh-so-suddenly became so political and spiteful immediately after he left his position.
Why would Trump trust US intelligence agencies such as the FBI and CIA? Just look at the way their former directors Comey and Brennan have behaved and continue to behave. They were and remain Obama commissars. Unfortunately the agencies they once directed are full of people just like them. It will be a very long time before any rational President will be able to trust them.

Interesting, however, is that (as far as I can tell) Mister Comey does not give specific examples (allowing full background and context and giving OUR NRA a chance to rebut any accusations. (Full disclosure, I have not read Mister Comey's entire i News interview.)
