Are you talking about that tiny, Keebler Elf-looking fella that sleeps under Mueller’s desk? That’s Mueller’s footrest. Mueller takes his shoes off and uses him for a foot rest. Once in awhile, he’ll even rub his belly with his foot just to hear him giggle.
