Former Ambassador McFaul is not “Deep State.” He is nice and kind man albeit uncreative and old-school in his approach to Russia.
Regardless of who is Deep State or isn’t - we should not look to Russia to help us figure it out.
No, but we might find it advantageous to use Russia to get what we know either legally introduced in court, and/or to the public.
