British police have identified several Russians who they believe were behind the nerve agent attack on former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter, the Press Association reported on Thursday, citing a source close to the investigation.

Sturgess (for sure) and Rowley, the boyfriend (probably) were recovering heroin addicts. In general, this part of the story has been skipped over. Various newspapers in the UK will talk about it...I don’t think the BBC or Sky has mentioned this.
Cops say (via the newspapers) that Sturgess came across the item in what looked like a perfume bottle and sprayed it across her face and arms.
Just my guess but I suspect that the Russian mafia was given the task while delivering meth and heroin to their local connection...to accept the Skripal, and find some idiot to spray it near the first two. Maybe the delivery guy (some heroin addict) brought it back to the dealer, and Rowley/Sturgess just accidentally came across it when dealing for their stuff, and took it.
If you were looking for ‘agents’, these two are pretty unlikely at the game.

This is just an extension of the Hillary Clinton-Democon Russian narrative. If the Skripols had really been dosed with Novachok and walked into an ER the place would have been locked down, a major quarantine would have taken place, and hundreds of people would have had their lives turened upside-down to make sure this stuff was not “in the wild” in the area. Did any of that happen? I didn’t think so.
They didn’t walk into an ER. They were found unconscious on a bench. Hundreds of military Decon troops were deployed and chunks of the town were closed off and some still are. How can you have a fixed view of something you clearly don’t have a first clue about?

If the Russian assassins are this inept, how in the world could they have hacked into a database, that supposedly had security, and manipulated an election, that over 120 million people voted in, and to this day there is no proof of anything?
