Interesting. Looks like a nice area. My time in Philly allowed me to see a lot of the countryside...loved it.

Can anyone post the wording of the local ordinance that these people are alleged to have violated?
This case would be a slam dunk for the plaintiffs IF the judge or judges who will rule on it had any common sense and any basic knowledge of the First Amendment. Unfortunately, the federal judiciary is populated by quite a number of leftist "progressive" judges who lack these qualities, what with sixteen years combined of Clinton and Obama appointments.
So, hopefully, these plaintiffs will ultimately prevail, but the outcome is, unfortunately, uncertain.
