On Wednesday, Special Counsel Robert Mueller filed a large cache of evidence against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, and a former chief strategist for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) was all over it.
Tad Devine, Sanders' chief strategist, appears from exhibit 5 onward. Mueller listed a memo from 2006 involving Manafort, Devine, and former Ukrainian President Viktor Vanukovych, Russian President Vladimir Putin's puppet in Ukraine.
Mueller's evidence lists email after email between Devine and Manafort, connecting them both to Konstantin Kilimnik, a Putin-connected operative whom Manafort described as "my Russian brain."
Devine's name appears a total of 21 times in the list of nearly 500 pieces of evidence against Manafort.

So 12 years ago. Boy, that Trump guy sure did a lot of collusion in advance of running for office. They got him now!!!!!!!
This whole thing is a pile of cr**.
“My Russian Brain”....Now what the hell does that mean??
Wow, on almost 4% of it! < / sarcasm >
300000 hillary emails (not just 30k as the FBI would like you to believe) plus the blackberry content on Huma-Weiner’s laptop and the FIB claim it is all duplicate to everything they had. But they found 500 pieces of evidence against him and none again’ Hillary.
Not buying it.
Weren't Vanukovych and NATO on good terms in 2006?
"In foreign affairs, Yanukovych's cabinet was considered to be politically close to Russia, although declaring support for Ukrainian membership in the European Union. Although Yanukovych's parliamentary coalition was not supporting Ukrainian membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), his cabinet agreed to the commission of Ukrainian troops to the Iraq War in support of the United States' War on Terrorism.": Viktor Yanukovych
"On December 1, 2004 (during the Orange Revolution) the Ukrainian Parliament passed a vote of no-confidence. The government supported NATO membership of Ukraine (2002) and sent Ukrainian troops to Iraq in 2003.": First Yanukovych government
Mueller is off the rails.
What is the statute of limitations on this?
After the arrest, the isolation, the various charges leaked to the public, Manafort will have a defense. My take on it is that it won’t be an empty defense, unless his attorneys advise him to make a deal to prevent him from being destroyed.
Was it unlawful for Manafort to have foreign contacts? Can they prove he actually did anything illegal?
Does it matter?
Mueller will drag this trial out until 2019 and beyond if he possibly can.
Meanwhile, the reason Mueller has a job, is till coming up big zeros.
Depends what charges he can dream up.
I recall from Rush’s show that Devine was also a major player in the Jean-Francois Kerry campaign (2004).
there is also a J. Brennan listed several times. I am believe the R. Gates is Rick Gates Manafort’s partner. Who is the J. Brennan...that is the question.
Look at 291, there is a J. Brennan on the e-mail. Anyone know who that is. Subject is “Moving Forward with Manafort’s Brooklyn poverty”
Remember when Phoebe on Friends was dating a scientist guy named David and he accepts a position in Minsk? That relationship is next up on Mueller s radar.
So where’s the 4 am no knock raid on Sanders’ campaign strategist?
“Bernie Sanders’ Strategist Named in New Cache of Mueller Evidence” ... getting warmer...
Statute of limitations?
So the evil Russians wanted socialist Bernie Sanders to be the president... collusion amongst the democrats to defeat Hillary. Civil war is about to break out in the party.
Intel hired a bunch of design engineers from Russia around that time.
Not unusual at all.
